Terms of Service and Rules
#01. STAY ACTIVE
Be active, start talking and a little uploading, and everything will be fine.
#02. DO NOT LEAK
Leaking is copying links from other members and then post it somewhere else by yourself. You are stealing the uploads of members. Leaking from SpeakerShock to somewhere else & leaking from somewhere else to SpeakerShock will lead to a permanent ban.
#03. ENGLISH ONLY
The only allowed language on the forum is
#04. NO ADVERTISING
Do not advertise for any other site in any way, unless you got our permission. Not by avatars, signatures, user names, posts, passwords, uploads etc. This will lead to a permanent ban.
#05. NO RACISM/ARGUMENTS
We do not want any racism and/or arguments on this forum (Meaning: respect each other and don't make it to a fist/foot/food-fight). Both will lead to a ban.
#06. NO OBSCENE/VULGAR POSTING
Not in text nor in pictures. Keep it "STWAW" (suitable to watch at work). For XXX stuff, we have a special section - keep it there! If you keep ignoring this rule continuously, then you will end up banned.
#07. NO OFF-TOPIC/USELESS POSTING
Do not post any useless content, therefor we've got the Chat- & Lounge-sections. Also posts like 'thanks' & 'nice post' won't be tolerated. First time is a warn, next time a temporary ban & the last time is a permanent ban.
#08. NO REQUESTS UNTIL 10 POSTS
You must get at least 10 posts before you can make a request (also read rule #07 again).
#09. NO DOUBLE POSTING
Do not repost things that are already on the forum, we've got a fine working search machine. Double posting can even lead to a ban if doing it very often.
#10. DO NOT POST PROMOS
Promos are full & unreleased tracks. If you post them though, you'll get a warning, next time a temporary ban last time a permanent ban.
#11. KEEP THE UPLOAD PARTS TO A MINIMAL
Upload the release in just ONE PART if possible. Exceptions are allowed of course when the maximum of the upload amount has been exceeded. Don't make any unnecessary extra links/parts for 1 release, less is better! Unnecessary links will be deleted. First time is a warn, next time a temporary ban & the last time is a permanent ban.
#12. NO DOUBLE ACCOUNTS / NO ACCOUNT SHARING
We will check, if you have more than one account, we will ban the other one. There is no point in having multiple accounts.
Letting other people to use your account is not allowed. Doing so ends with a ban.
#13. NO INVITATION SYSTEM ABUSING
It is not allowed to abuse the invitation system in any way. It is also not allowed to send an invitation to somebody that has been banned before from the board. Doing so ends with a permanent ban.
#14. CHECK ANNOUNCEMENT & SITE NEWS REGULARLY
Check up the announcements & site news regularly for any updates.
#15. READ THE STICKIES
Read the stickies in the forums for important news and/or any special rules for that section.
